Material Handler I - 2nd Shift

Location: 7800 Trade Center Avenue, El Paso, TX.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday‑Friday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am). No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 mi of El Paso (active‑duty military exempt).

Pay

Hourly rate $16.22 plus a $1.00 shift differential. Position is eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based on skills, experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.

Schedule

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move materials in a warehouse or production environment.
• Process material for kitting orders to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Complete inventory transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all safety regulations and use required PPE.
• Maintain strong adherence to quality when providing material.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Perform all other assigned activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience.
• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 25 lb (with or without accommodation).
• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Available to work overtime when required.
