This position supports the Reman Drivetrain team at the West Fargo, ND facility.
Responsibilities
- Performs basic material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Accurately and effectively utilize data collection systems.
- Perform basic unboxing, small part pulls, and provide general warehouse support.
- Maintains administrative related records and operates computer to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.
- Use basic mobile equipment as required to facilitate job function.
- Actively listen and follow directions provided.
- Ability to work independently with support from Team Leads and Section Manager.
- Understand labeling and flow of work in progress.
- Understand and follow SWI’s (Standard Work Instructions) and daily Production Schedules.
- Adhere to facility policies, including good attendance and company values.
- Perform any duties or tasks assigned to promote cross-training or support for various areas of the shop.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of job-related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to learn new tasks, read/write, and interpret standard work instructions.
Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $20.53 - $26.13 (salary negotiations based on skills/experience).
Schedule
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays.
- 40-hour work weeks with potential for overtime.
