Responsibilities

• Direct employees and crew
• Take responsibility and accountability for their crew
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials required
• Review and interpret drawings and specifications
• Instruct skilled mechanics so that work meets requirements
• Enforce safe practices and be familiar with the jobsite safety plan
• Conduct training in safety
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds standards
• Prepare and submit timesheets, safety reports, quality and quantity reports, and other required reports
• Plan work and motivate employees
• Support immediate supervisor to effectively perform their duties
• Additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
• NCCER Certified Plus (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)
