About the role

Polk Mechanical is seeking an Inventory Control professional to join our high-performing team. This role focuses on managing inventory of materials, particularly in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on plumbing materials and daily production setup at job site locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control of materials in the construction industry
• Set up and manage daily production requirements at job site locations
• Maintain organization of all supplies to ensure readiness for use at job sites
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean working area
• Operate Sky Track and forklifts (gas forklift experience required)

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of plumbing materials
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience operating Sky Track and forklifts (gas forklift experience required)
• Ability to lift 50 to 70 lbs and work standing for most of the day
• Clean driving record
• Construction background is a plus
• Attention to detail and punctuality
