Responsibilities

• Operate standup forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks in a safe manner.
• Accurately and timely select customers’ orders.
• Complete work order sheets accurately.
• Work on both the Receiving and Shipping docks as needed.
• Unload trucks and validate deliveries against appropriate documentation; notify supervisor or FSQ of discrepancies.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and identified for proper storing and use.
• Distribute received items to the appropriate person or department.
• Pick daily shipments, verify counts, wrap or stack pallets neatly for pick-ups, and mark shipments according to customer, transportation, and location.
• Load finished goods onto trailers within specified timeframes.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of finished products and supplies in the warehouse.
• Follow the daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
• Clean and maintain warehouse floor and facilities as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• Follow set company and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1+ months of related manufacturing or food experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse and lift trucks (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, materials, and/or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP.

• Working knowledge of computers and basic Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; must work effectively with others.

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
