Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Package materials for shipment
- Receive, unpack, verify, and stock incoming goods in assigned locations
- Load and unload trucks; move materials throughout the plant using a fork truck or pallet jack
- Support efficient and controlled material flow across operations
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety standards
- Keep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in production or warehouse operations preferred
- Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Current fork truck license required
- Minimum 1 year of fork truck and warehouse experience required
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, sit, and perform tasks involving repetitive movement
- Able to use a computer for extended periods as needed
- Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Must be able to safely handle metals such as aluminum, copper, bronze, and steel
Work Environment
- Exposure to moving and heated mechanical parts
- Airborne particles
- Adhesive fumes
- Energized electrical systems
- Moderate noise levels may occur periodically

- Compensation & Benefits: HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $17.35 – $22.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
