Material Handler

About the role

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with overtime potential, occasional free lunches, and a chance to build hands-on warehouse and production experience with IGT.

Responsibilities

• Moves materials and parts using handheld tools, machinery, and equipment
• Supports receiving, shipping, production support, and inventory restocking
• Picks parts accurately in a deadline-driven environment
• Maintains stock in work areas and helps ensure inventory accuracy
• Uses computers and basic systems to document workflows and job activity
• Follows manufacturing and safety procedures at all times
• Auxiliary in multiple warehouse or production areas as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more regularly
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using computers, hand tools, and power tools
• Able to interpret and follow manufacturing instructions
• Passes a security background investigation
• Wears steel toe boots

Pay

Starting pay for first shift: $19.00 /hour
Starting pay for second shift: $21.00 /hour

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
