Material Handler
About the Role
As a Material Handler in our Warehouse, you will perform manual duties related to the movement of products and materials, ensuring the physical accuracy of shipping and receiving functions. This role involves picking stock in a safe and accountable manner, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting compliance with GMP, AIB, and ISO guidelines. The position is located in Hazlet, NJ, and operates on the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:50 PM.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick materials and weigh out batches according to production requirements
- Locate and move stock safely while maintaining productivity, quality, and accountability
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling throughout the shift
- Perform RF scanner activities and complete SAP transactions correctly
- Follow GMP, AIB, and ISO guidelines to support compliance and product integrity
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks, in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling environment
- Forklift truck license or certification
- Working knowledge of computer systems and warehouse technology
- Ability to accurately pick, weigh, and document materials
- Understanding of or ability to learn GMP/AIB/ISO requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Qualifications
- Experience using RF scanners and SAP in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills in a fast-changing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay
Salary Ranges: $32,396.00 - $46,280.00 USD
