About the role

EPI Power is looking for an experienced Senior Material Control professional to oversee material receiving, inventory tracking, storage coordination, and material distribution. This role supports warehouse and construction operations on large-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee material receiving, inventory tracking, storage coordination, and material distribution
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material documentation
  • Cook with Procurement, Warehouse, and Field teams to support project schedules
  • Resolve material discrepancies and delivery issues
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing material deliveries
  • Ensure materials are properly stored and readily available for construction operations
  • Support inventory audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and field leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in material control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or construction logistics
  • Forklift operating experience or certification preferred
  • Electrical construction experience is a plus

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with inventory management or material tracking systems preferred
  • Ability to learn project-specific software upon hire

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This role requires the ability to work 6 days per week, typically Monday – Saturday.
