About the Role

As a key member of the DFW Distribution Center, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. This position performs a variety of moderate physical and administrative tasks involved with the distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Under general supervision and with limited independent discretion, you will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices; maintain records of received goods.
• Reject unsatisfactory, damaged, or defective items.
• Lift or move heavy items and operate equipment to expedite material to proper departments or storage locations.
• Store materials in their designated locations after receipt in the system.
• Examine stocks and distribute materials and supplies in inventory to manufacturing lines.
• Monitor and control inventory integrity; research inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare goods for final shipment and maintain records of shipped merchandise.
• Embrace safety culture and participate in audits and the 5S program.
• Apply moderate knowledge in continuous improvement activities.
• Inform supervisor or lead of work-related problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience.
• Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• High School Diploma.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Typical warehouse environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours a day.
• Frequently carry (up to 30 feet each time) up to 60 lbs.
• Full range of motion of the waist and neck; unrestricted use of upper extremities and ability to perform overhead reaching.
• Frequently bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
