Material Handler

About the role

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals to join our stable, essential industry. No prior experience is necessary — we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Unload tank railcars and trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform quality control testing on materials
• Operate various industrial equipment including:
• Forklifts
• Pallet jacks
• Drive switches
• Locomotive/track mobile engines
• Other material handling equipment
• Follow plant safety procedures and operational policies
• Work closely with team members to support daily operations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)
• Capable of carrying 50 pounds, lifting up to 65 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 120 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Willingness to work rotating 10–12 hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Rotating swing shifts (example: 7a–7p / 7p–7a)
• Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days off
