Material Handler (3rd Shift)

6-month contract with potential for extension · Fremont, CA · Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a dependable GMP Material Handler/Logistics Associate to support distribution and warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This position is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-moving environment and is committed to maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficient material flow.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, stage, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment to internal and external destinations using RF scanning equipment and required documentation.
• Monitor inventory of operational supplies in designated areas and communicate replenishment needs to the team coach.
• Restock materials as needed to ensure work areas remain properly supplied.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic housekeeping and light maintenance activities in preparation for internal and external audits.
• Complete daily cycle counts using RF technology and work with Inventory Control to investigate and correct inventory variances.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior GMP experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory and material transactions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, conveyors, pallet scales, shrink wrappers, and related material handling equipment.
• Ability to accurately follow SOPs, Work Instructions, safety procedures, and verbal direction.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between warehouse locations as needed.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs., frequently up to 40 lbs., and occasionally up to 60 lbs. with assistance.

Pay

$26–$28/hr + 15% 3rd shift differential
