About the role

As a Material Coordinator, you will ensure all relevant standards of material usage and finished product delivery are respected throughout the manufacturing process. You will support Production teams by analyzing nonconformities and identifying improvement opportunities for material reception, consumption, and control. This role is critical for maintaining the flow of materials necessary for production and operational success.

Our factory in Aurora, Colorado, operates 24x7, and this role includes rotating shifts. The schedule follows a pattern of 4 days on, 3 off, 3 nights on, 4 off, with weekly transitions between day and night shifts. This shift structure will begin in 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Perform critical reviews of executed production batch records to ensure completion and adherence to standards.
  • Manage segregation of all non-conforming intermediate and finished products.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of materials in manufacturing production—from line delivery and inventory management to disposal.
  • Ensure adherence of Finished Goods, Raw, and Pack materials to batch record standards.
  • Lead the material inventory process and conduct gap analysis to achieve excellent inventory control results per shift.
  • Participate in daily direction setting, retrieve material nonconformities from reporting systems, identify major causes of losses, and establish improvement plans with the team.
  • Execute material movements in the system to accurately reflect material status (e.g., consumed, rejected, to be scrapped).
  • Support production-relevant departments in quality performance and assessment of product quality in line with QMS (Quality Management Systems) procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance excess and shortage, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.
  • Perform shift inventory counts at the line and local material warehouse, and conduct gap analysis for inventory control.
  • Lead the reject and return material process in our operation lines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Logistics.
  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts (days one week, nights the following week).
  • Must be able to commute to the DIA surrounding area.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
