We are seeking a Material Coordinator II to support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials and parts are available when needed to keep production running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in supply management, manufacturing, inventory control, material planning, or logistics who enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate the procurement, expediting, and delivery of materials to support productionWork with production teams to identify and resolve material shortagesAudit material inventory and ensure inventory accuracyInvestigate and correct inventory discrepanciesManage critical shortage reports and expedite parts as neededSupport engineering changes and material implementation activitiesPerform inventory adjustments and deviation managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain uninterrupted production Qualifications Experience in Supply Management, Materials, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, or Production SupportStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze information and make sound business decisionsComfortable working in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of Supply Management or Manufacturing experienceMaterial Flow experienceSAP experienceData analysis and reporting skillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Holidays (where applicable)Weekly PayOpportunity for long-term extension and career growth If you have experience with material flow, inventory management, supply chain operations, manufacturing support, SAP, or production coordination, we'd love to hear from you!
