Material Clerk I

About the role
We're looking for a Material Clerk to join our Materials Department. Work in a clean environment with opportunities for advancement, an awesome benefits package, and a 4-day work week with some Friday overtime required. No mandatory weekend work.
Schedule
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with some Friday overtime required.
Pay
$22.56/hr – $25.86/hr
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain test chamber inventory and job status.
- Use NetSuite ERP system to complete chamber jobs and integrate them into the inventory system.
- Perform cycle counts and make necessary adjustments to inventory levels within NetSuite.
- Review jobs, customer orders, service orders, and work orders to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
- Prepare and finalize job orders.
- Process and track service orders on a daily basis.
- Process service orders with on-hand inventory, both physical and in NetSuite, and deliver them to the shipping department.
- Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining routings, issuing stock requests, and other related duties.
- Contribute to the development of work orders.
- Complete Kanban work orders in NetSuite and bring the product into inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to read a tape measure required.
- Must be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn (onsite training will be provided).
- Previous experience with NetSuite is preferred.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing support role is preferred.
