Material Clerk

Duties

• Pull parts based on Bill of Materials with accuracy
• Receive shipped parts and put in designated locations
• Must be able to be trained to use a forklift
• Use inhouse computer system for all inventory records
• Establish inventory records with all necessary data
• Maintain accuracy of inventory with regards to physical counts and monetary value

Qualifications/Requirements

• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize work
• A proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of an organization
• High levels of basic math accuracy
• Experience with the following software is required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint), Databases and/or ERP systems
• Experience with the following preferred, but not required: Manufacturing companies, Electrical or electronic components, Import/Export documentation and processes, ERP software migrations, filePro databases or Epicor ERP, ISO, LEAN and ITAR, Materials and Inventory systems, Forklift
