Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Stocks and post incoming orders
• Aids parts manager in processing stock orders
• Notifies appropriate parties when special-order parts arrive
• Pulls parts for technician team as requested
• Returns parts as needed
• Returns cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit
• Aids in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory
• Aids in annual parts return
• Aids with parts department telephone coverage
• Keeps parts area clean and uncluttered
• Keeps shipping and receiving bay area clean and uncluttered
• Maintains professional appearance

• Navigates Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Google Drive
• Savvy in the operation of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications And Requirements

• Valid Nevada driver’s license
• Clear background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment Federal drug screen
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Physical Demands: Regularly stands, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaches with hands and arms, climbs or balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls, walks, lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 100 pounds, occasionally lifts and/or moves more than 100 pounds, sits, climbs stairs to reach the mezzanine level, maintains professional appearance

Physical Demands

• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including (but not limited to) summer heat and winter cold
• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and fumes or airborne particles
• Frequent exposure to noise levels in the work environment that is usually moderate
• May be exposed to extremely hot temperatures inside vehicles on the dealership's lot

• On time (15 minutes before shift)

• In uniform with name tag
• Maintain orderly and clean workspace
• Maintain high ethical standards, work habits, and Customer Satisfaction standards
• Maintain consistent attendance
• Attends and participates in Annual All Employee Meeting and any departmental meetings as necessary
