Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation and documentation of standards and processes for integrated master scheduling, focusing on program-wide integration.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with project controls leads to integrate Program Level Schedules and other external schedules.
• Develop and issue periodic status reports that include critical path analysis, milestone variances, milestone completions, and top-level resource issues.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues among various stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Directly applicable technical working experience in project planning/scheduling for large projects.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a focus on managing conflicting demands and priorities.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Good communication, computer, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring schedulers.
• Experience with Planning, Scheduling, Last Planner, and Primavera P6.
• Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
• Eligibility to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810.

Physical Demands

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, using hands to operate office equipment, and reaching with hands and arms.
• Ability to understand and communicate clearly using a phone, personal interaction, and computers.
• Ability to learn new job functions and comprehend and understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately in a rapidly evolving environment.
