Master Scheduler
About the role
This role sits within CoreWeave’s data center delivery and supply chain organization, partnering closely with Project Management, Supply Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams. The team is responsible for ensuring materials are planned, scheduled, and delivered in alignment with aggressive data center build timelines and cost objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end master scheduling of raw material deliveries across multiple data center projects.
- Create and maintain bill of materials (BOM) for site deployments.
- Forecast material requirements based on project specifications and milestones.
- Track deliveries, resolve schedule conflicts, and adjust plans to mitigate risk and prevent bottlenecks.
- Maintain build velocity, cost control, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Strong experience with creating Bill of Materials from engineering designs.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining master schedules for complex, multi-project environments.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and related planning tools.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Experience tracking material deliveries, managing exceptions, and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills
- Expertise in inventory management systems and material tracking tools.
- Familiarity with data center, infrastructure, construction, or large-scale capital projects.
- Experience working with suppliers and external contractors.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
