Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Master Scheduling is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to meet customer demand, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Reporting to the Manager of Global Planning, collaborates with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to align production plans with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Schedule Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across all product lines and factories. Ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales operations, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts, align configurations, and support new product introductions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. Communicate status and risks to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for scheduling efficiency, leveraging analytics and ERP/MRP systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in production planning or scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced scheduling tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.

Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary Range: $69,120.00 - $103,680.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
