Master Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production schedulers.
• Balance customer demand, inventory targets, production capacity, and material availability to maximize service and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Quality, and Finance to align production plans with business objectives.
• Identify capacity constraints and supply risks while developing proactive mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory performance, and capacity utilization.
• Serve as the planning systems expert, ensuring ERP data integrity and developing key planning metrics and reporting.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Required: 7+ years of production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Required: 2+ years of leadership experience managing planners or schedulers.
• Preferred: Demonstrated expertise in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), and ERP/MRP systems.
• Preferred: Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Preferred: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
