Master Scheduler
About the role
The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to ensure alignment with customer demand, inventory targets, and capacity planning. This role plays a critical part in balancing supply and demand while optimizing resource utilization and production efficiency across the site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the master production schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capabilities.
- Align production plans with material availability, labor resources, and equipment capacity.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure schedule feasibility and responsiveness to changes.
- Maintain accurate planning parameters and data in ERP/MRP systems.
- Analyze planning metrics (e.g., schedule adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turns) and drive improvements.
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and long-term capacity planning efforts.
- Lead coordination of production schedules for new product launches or engineering changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems and planning principles.
- Strategic planner with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Pay
The salary for this position is between $80,000 and $98,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
Schedule
This position will be based on-site at our Milwaukie, OR facility.
