Qualifications

• Valid Master Plumbers License and Contractors License issued by the State of Michigan.
• 10‑Years of demonstrated plumbing installation experience.
• Work with customer service representatives and our plumbers in the field.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to pull permits and participate for permit inspections.
• Looking to utilize Master & Contractors License for our company.
• Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing & drain cleaning.
• Clean and current driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to train others.
• Self‑motivated team leader with excellent knowledge of codes and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to perform estimates when necessary.
• Potential ownership opportunity.

• Leads and directs all plumbers and drain cleaners on a daily basis.
• Assigns jobs according to skillsets.
• Ongoing training and bi‑weekly meetings.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Maintain quality control.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week. NO AFTER HOURS NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS
