Qualifications

• Required: Possession of a valid Master Plumbers License and Contractors License issued by the State of Michigan.
• 10 Years of demonstrated Plumbing installation experience.
• Work with customer service representatives and our plumbers in the field.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to pull permits and participate for permit inspections.
• Looking to utilize Master & Contractors License for our company.
• Knowledge of all aspects of Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.
• Clean and current Drivers License.
• Strong Leadership, Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to train others.
• Self motivated team leader with excellent knowledge of codes and problem solving skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to perform estimates when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs all plumbers and drain cleaners on a daily basis.
• Assigns jobs according to skillsets.
• Ongoing training and bi-weekly meetings.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Maintain quality control.

Compensation

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
