Master Maintenance Technician
About the Role
Installs, maintains, and repairs over 400 different pieces of commercial food service equipment such as water cooled equipment, gas and electric cooking equipment, dishwashing and pot washing machines, and commercial appliances. Utilizes wiring diagrams, blueprints, manufacturer specifications, hand and power tools, testing meters and calibrators, and welding equipment to provide diagnoses and repairs.
Required Qualifications
- Considerable experience in maintenance and repair of commercial food service equipment
- Education/training in food service equipment repair, electronics, and refrigeration/electrical repair
- Ability to operate and analyze information from testing equipment
- Working knowledge of computers to submit and close work orders
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree and/or journey/master's certification in a trades occupation
- Universal EPA refrigeration certification
- Commercial Food Equipment Service Association master certification
Pay
Salary $47,000 - $52,000/year and commensurate with experience
Schedule
40 hours per week. Work Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm and may vary due to customer needs

The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as a driving check with a safe driving record.
