Masonry Field Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the superintendent for masonry projects, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Cookordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to align project objectives and expectations.
• Supervise and lead masonry teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• PREFERRED Education: College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a supervisory role within the masonry industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing masonry projects from inception to completion
• Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals
• REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong leadership and team management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Proficient in project management software and tools, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents, Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
