About the role
Join our team as a behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). You’ll greet guests, handle check-ins and reservations, balance the books, ensure property security, and prepare daily reports—all while working collaboratively with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift, handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries.
- Perform the Night Audit: balance financial transactions, finalize daily books, and ensure accuracy in all records.
- Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest peace of mind.
- Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service, even during overnight hours.
- Utilize technical skills in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is beneficial.
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
