About the role

As our Business Travel Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our hotel’s success by winning new accounts, forging lasting partnerships, and keeping our rooms buzzing with business travelers. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Sales to crush revenue goals and boost market share for our Full-Service property.

Responsibilities

• Hit business travel sales and revenue targets with strategic outreach and high-impact solicitation calls.
• Grow and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned Business Travel accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
• Deliver attentive, positive service to guests and colleagues in every interaction.
• Maintain a strong presence in the local community and industry organizations, supporting promotions and special events as needed.

Requirements

• Proven success in business travel sales or a related hospitality sales role.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
