Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker, the MFT works in Medical Services, Integrated Care & Complex Patient Populations Division. The MFT diagnoses and treats mental and emotional disorders within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems, according to applicable Business and Professions Code(s), and holds a license. They also refer incarcerated patients to other licensed health care professionals as needed.
Travel to other CDCR adult institutions may be required.

Special Requirements
