Special Requirements

• Possession of a current/valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
• Candidates new to CCHCS are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting.
• Tuberculosis (TB) testing is required for candidates new to CCHCS prior to appointment followed by department annual TB testing/evaluation thereafter.

Desirable Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Associate Marriage & Family Therapist license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
