About the Role

Responsible for opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and setting up work areas.

Responsibilities

• Stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Inputting orders and serving beverages
• Preparing food and coffee
• Managing cash register transactions
• Securing storage and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Greeting guests and addressing their needs
• Supporting team goals and upholding quality standards
• Maintaining professional appearance and protecting company assets
• Following safety procedures and ensuring confidentiality
• Performing other reasonable tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred (no prior experience required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Adherence to safety policies
