Market Attendant

About the role

Market Attendants provide exceptional service within the resort's marketplace, assisting guests with food, beverage, and retail purchases. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling guest orders, preparing food items and espresso beverages according to established menu standards, and creating a welcoming, organized, and clean environment. Market Attendants also maintain inventory by stocking front-of-house and back-of-house areas, uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards, and deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fulfill guest orders for food, beverage, and retail items
• Prepare food items and espresso beverages according to established menu standards
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean marketplace environment
• Stock front-of-house and back-of-house areas to maintain inventory
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
