About the role

The Marketing Winning Work Coordinator provides professional input to support winning work activities within the West + LATAM geography. The role supports bid coordination to deliver compelling, client-focused submissions, liaises with technical teams, and coordinates content for Arup’s bid and pitch documents.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Bid Directors and Bid Managers throughout all stages of the pursuit process.
  • Supports bid coordination to deliver compelling, client-focused submissions.
  • Liaises with technical teams, schedulers, project managers, and other contributors for timely receipt of information required to meet internal and external deadlines and priorities.
  • Captures project win nuggets to share internally and in collaboration with the broader MCBD team to promote new project wins internally and externally, as appropriate.
  • Uses CRM and bid systems throughout the bid lifecycle, supporting data integrity and pipeline reporting.
  • Supports client-facing activities including research to support positioning activities and providing input on presentations and interview preparation.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Degree, postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or other relevant qualification. Certification with APMP desirable.
  • Experience: 3+ years’ relevant experience supporting pursuits and bids. Experience of bid delivery at a local office geography scale. Knowledge of AEC bidding and procurement methods. Experience with CRM pipeline management and data management tools.
  • Skills: Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing and communications related technologies such as Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working with brand guidelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong time management skills. Maintains collaborative working relationships with peers, leaders, and other stakeholders. High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and inclusive leadership. Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in San Francisco is $85,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of San Francisco will differ.
