About the role
As an integral part of our in-house creative team at Stop & Shop, the Traffic Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and timely execution of a variety of projects. We are seeking a strategic thinker and expert communicator who can effectively manage multiple creative projects and collaborate with various teams to ensure project success from inception to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the submission and review of requested projects, ensuring completion of briefs and adherence to guidelines.
- Lead weekly project status meetings and partner closely with team members to monitor project progress, communicate updates and support resource planning.
- In collaboration with the Design Manager and Creative Services Manager, allocate resources and establish timelines to optimize creative development processes.
- Track project schedules and provide recommendations to enhance traffic flow and resource utilization.
- Facilitate process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline communication within the creative team.
- Oversee the movement and storage of digital and print assets, ensuring accurate tagging and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workfront support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with circular, loyalty, brand strategy, digital, public relations and other teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Proactively manage project timelines, anticipate roadblocks, and communicate delays to stakeholders.
- Clarify project requirements and deliverables with creative team members and project stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking down necessary information from stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, including updates, kickoffs, and creative reviews.
- Ensure the preparation of brief templates and deliverables lists for upcoming campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing planning, merchandising, and other departments to address any project-related issues and ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years relative work experience.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workfront.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working independently.
- Previous experience in creative or design organizations.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate potential roadblocks and offer timely solutions.
- Adaptable to changes in priorities and focus, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Able to work in our Quincy office 3 days/week

Pay
The salary range for this position is $30.54-$45.81 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
