Marketing Coordinator
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will partner with various departments to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure efficient delivery of creative, digital, and multimedia initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and track creative, digital, and multimedia projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, documentation, and digital assets using project management tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, physicians, clinic leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.
- Support marketing campaigns, special initiatives, events, and cross-functional projects with Public Affairs and Philanthropy.
- Aid with budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and project reporting.
- Identify potential project risks, communicate updates, and help drive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Continuously seek ways to improve workflows and project management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Two years of experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management platforms and marketing technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
