Marketing Technology Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox.
• Maintain accurate and complete data for the Firm’s top clients and personnel by building subsidiary company trees, researching new contacts, and performing periodic data checks.
• Process employee hires and departures in the CRM system.
• Create and manage Marketing and Working List folders.
• Provide training support to Legal Support Assistants, Lawyers, Marketers, and Business Developers.
• Build complex searches to generate targeted contact lists.
• Manage list imports and exports.
• Develop and format Business Development reports upon request.
• Extract, analyze, and report on data from CRM and email marketing systems to generate insights on events, client engagement, and business trends.
• Manage unsubscribe requests in compliance with the Firm’s privacy policy.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with global data privacy regulations, staying current on requirements and best practices.
• Ensure the integrity of critical contact lists to improve the efficiency of event and mailing communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Three years of InterAction experience and one year of eMarketing experience, Vuture preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications – advanced proficiency with Excel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail & highly organized.
• Ability to work independently, meet multiple tight deadlines and deliver detailed and accurate work product.

Pay

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
