About the role
Thornton Oaks Independent Retirement Community in Brunswick is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead occupancy growth and community outreach efforts for our premier retirement community. This role is responsible for supervising sales and marketing, social media, developing referral relationships, managing the resident inquiry process, and ensuring prospective residents and their families experience exceptional customer service throughout the decision-making journey.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing professional with a passion for senior living, strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the community's sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct tours and discovery meetings with prospective residents and families.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting using CRM systems.
- Represent the community at networking events and public outreach activities.
- Manage social media content, digital marketing efforts, and advertising initiatives in collaboration with organizational resources.
- Ensure prospective residents and families receive compassionate guidance throughout the transition process.
- Collaborate with senior team to facilitate smooth move-ins.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and resident engagement through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Current State of Maine Licensure in Nursing, Social Work, Public Relations, or related field.
- Prior marketing and/or public relations experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated program development and implementation skills.
- Ability to represent the organization effectively in a variety of settings.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $97,177.60 to $131,497.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
