About the role

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that’s looking for a Marketing Strategist who knows how to turn marketing into sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute 6–12 month marketing strategies focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
  • Develop B2B campaigns that support outbound sales, inbound leads, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Plan marketing initiatives around trade shows, industry events, product launches, key sales cycles, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, outreach strategy, and follow-up plans.
  • Create clear messaging that helps differentiate the brand and supports sales conversations.
  • Manage company social media channels, especially LinkedIn, with a focus on visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Support outbound sales efforts through email campaigns, content, social touchpoints, event follow-ups, and sales materials.
  • Help develop campaign strategies for expanding into new domestic and international markets.
  • Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion activity, and marketing ROI.
  • Maintain consistent brand positioning across digital, sales, event, and customer-facing channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, B2B marketing, or a related marketing role.
  • Experience building campaigns that support lead generation, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and how marketing helps create pipeline.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, events, outbound campaigns, or sales-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Strong writing, messaging, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and turning business goals into marketing action plans.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • CRM or marketing automation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
