About the role
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that’s looking for a Marketing Strategist who knows how to turn marketing into sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute 6–12 month marketing strategies focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
- Develop B2B campaigns that support outbound sales, inbound leads, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Plan marketing initiatives around trade shows, industry events, product launches, key sales cycles, and growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, outreach strategy, and follow-up plans.
- Create clear messaging that helps differentiate the brand and supports sales conversations.
- Manage company social media channels, especially LinkedIn, with a focus on visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Support outbound sales efforts through email campaigns, content, social touchpoints, event follow-ups, and sales materials.
- Help develop campaign strategies for expanding into new domestic and international markets.
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion activity, and marketing ROI.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning across digital, sales, event, and customer-facing channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, B2B marketing, or a related marketing role.
- Experience building campaigns that support lead generation, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and how marketing helps create pipeline.
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, outbound campaigns, or sales-driven marketing initiatives.
- Strong writing, messaging, communication, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and turning business goals into marketing action plans.
- Experience managing business social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- CRM or marketing automation experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
