About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, client-facing Strategist to become our clients' ultimate advocate and growth partner. In this role, you’ll absorb client visions, analyze the digital ecosystem, plan campaigns from strategy to execution to metrics/measurement, and engineer comprehensive multi-channel strategies that deliver real ROI. You are the vital bridge between our clients and our internal specialists, possessing the rare ability to distill a vision and goal into a compelling narrative, and complex data into insights. If you are an empathetic listener, a proactive problem-solver, insatiably curious, and a true team player who values both the strategy and the everyday work, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, aligning with their unique business goals and market position.
  • Lead client discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand business objectives, target audiences, pain points, and success metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and audience research to uncover key insights, trends, and opportunities that will inform strategic recommendations.
  • Craft compelling core messaging, value propositions, and brand positioning statements that resonate with target personas across all marketing channels.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and marketing analytics to measure effectiveness, derive actionable insights, and drive continuous optimization of strategy and tactics.
  • Ensure that client deliverables and written work are completed to a high degree of quality, and are free of mistakes or misalignment with project needs and plans.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, performance reports, and quarterly business reviews to clients, articulating the "why" behind the data and our approach.
  • Work with our team leads and experts to craft estimates and “scope of work” documents for new opportunities.
  • Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, emerging digital technologies, and consumer behavior to bring innovative and effective ideas to our clients and agency.
  • Participate in discovery and review meetings with clients.
  • Manage editorial calendars and social/email content production.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to client marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to project planning, timelines, and content calendars.
  • Seek professional development opportunities, including acquiring and maintaining relevant industry certifications.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the project management team to ensure work is completed on-scope, on-budget, and on-timeline, or that adjustments can be made as needed.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required.
