Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations using Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain the company website and support digital marketing and social media initiatives.
• Develop marketing collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and business development materials.
• Capture and track marketing metrics.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, award submissions, events, and branding initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to support strategic marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Photoshop, WordPress, Squarespace, and graphic design experience are a plus.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, or other professional services organizations is preferred.

Pay

$60,000-$80,000 based on experience
