About the role
Axos Clearing seeks a Segment Marketing Specialist to accelerate funnel-filling efforts benefiting the Clearing division. Reporting to the VP of Segment Strategy, this role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, marketing partners, and other functions.
Responsibilities
- Project management in Workfront, overseeing campaigns and fulfilling business partner requests.
- Ensuring ongoing communication with business partners on project progress, updates, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
- Oversee marketing material development, campaign management, and performance tracking with the support of shared services.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and client insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage lead generation, brand awareness, and nurture programs.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, aiming to improve marketing quality results.
- Coordinate content, messaging, design, and tracking across various marketing channels.
- Conduct special projects and other business or marketing support as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including project management or in custodial/advisor services.
- Strong project management skills, especially with Workfront.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with business executives.
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and processes.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio.
- Experience developing and deploying account-based marketing strategies.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
