About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist at Coffman Engineers, you’ll support business development and marketing efforts through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and special event support. This role serves as a trusted resource for developing and producing high-quality proposals, managing marketing data and resources, supporting client relationship initiatives, and coordinating internal and external communications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and business development, with knowledge of industry concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Manage marketing data and resources, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Support client relationship initiatives and business development activities.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including special events.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while remaining organized, adaptable, and responsive to team needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Positive, collaborative attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000–$78,000.
