Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and driven to make an impact. This role involves taking ownership of our social media and marketing presence, growing our audience, strengthening our brand, and helping tell the SERVPRO Team Toft story across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Develop content that highlights our employees, customers, community involvement, projects, company culture, and accomplishments
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all locations and platforms
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities
• Attend company and community events to capture photos, videos, and content
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts
• Monitor engagement, trends, and performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Track social media and marketing results and look for ways to increase reach and engagement
• Work closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goals
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple priorities, locations, platforms, and deadlines without losing attention to detail

Requirements

• Excellent written communication and grammar skills
• Extremely strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated with the drive to take ownership and grow the position
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
• Comfortable creating and editing photos and videos for social media
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Professional and confident when interacting with employees, customers, vendors, and community members
• Willingness to attend occasional events and activities outside of the normal office environment
• Ability to manage marketing needs across multiple locations
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn everyday company activities into engaging content

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, video editing tools, or similar marketing software is a plus

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
