Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, our resort features 150 elegantly designed rooms and villas, multiple exquisite restaurants, a world-class spa, and a stunning golf course. Responsibilities
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls, Qualify Inquiries, Set up Calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager
- Send packages and answer general questions
- Create monthly recap of leads and updates
- Auxiliary in creating Contracts, Estimates, and Site Tours
- Create Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate
- Control the office supplies and order supplies when necessary
- Update Sales System with actuals after completion of events
- Send out Thank You Cards/Emails
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or resort experience preferred
- A strong desire to make an impact on other people
- An outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced setting
