About the role

The Marketing/Sales Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s roofing products, identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and increasing the company’s market share.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, including contractors, construction companies, hardware stores, and individual homeowners.
• Promote and sell the company’s roofing products and services.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers in selecting suitable roofing products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales or marketing (experience in roofing, building materials, or construction industry is an advantage).
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence is an added advantage.
• Female applicants will be an advantage.
