Summary Of Position Responsibilities
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will support execution across multiple EMS-managed entities while also assisting in maintaining structure and accountability across the sales team. This role will help ensure follow-through on initiatives, support communication, and provide visibility into ongoing activities, while also supporting onsite coordination and business development efforts.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, including email outreach and lead generation
- Aid with CRM management (GoHighLevel) and pipeline tracking
- Care for data accuracy across accounts
- Support sales processes through outreach coordination and engagement tracking
- Aid in monitoring sales team activity, including outreach, follow-ups, and engagement
- Ensure accountability across the sales team by tracking tasks and deliverables
- Cook up communication between sales, marketing, and leadership
- Supply status updates and visibility on team activity and performance
- Aid in onsite business development efforts, including community outreach, events, and relationship-building initiatives
- Manage scheduling, task tracking, and workflow organization
- Aid in managing processes and maintaining operational structure across entities
Scheduled Duties And Responsibilities

Unscheduled Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to media inquiries and crisis communication needs as necessary
- Aid in developing messaging for public statements or executive speeches
- Aid in special initiatives or campaigns related to recruitment, fundraising, or program awareness
- Support reputation management and community relations strategies
- Troubleshoot urgent content errors or branding inconsistencies
Physical Demands And Working Conditions
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Frequent meetings via video or phone; occasional in-person site visits
- On-site only
- Office-based, with travel between program sites as needed
- Cross-functional collaboration with high-level staff across all departments
- High-paced, deadline-driven, and strategically focused work environment
Competencies And Skills
- Experience supporting multiple brands or business units
- Familiarity with email marketing and outreach systems
- Experience supporting or participating in community outreach or networking events
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients
- Level of education / training / qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
- Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with in-person engagement and onsite responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
