About the role

Join our eCustomer Marketing team and work at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO! You will lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives as defined by marketing leadership. Additionally, assist in the development of marketing strategy to meet business objectives. Responsible for executing key tasks and possessing knowledge of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to manage project needs, meet timelines, conduct UAT, and analyze data from transcripts.
• Communicate with 3rd party vendors on a regular basis to achieve improved business results and meet our high-quality standards.
• Pursue initiatives in AI technology, aimed at pushing the boundaries of automation and intelligent systems.
• Proactively seek and present business and technical opportunities to improve marketing of AIR Communities.
• Monitor competitor business intelligence and stay current with industry business and technical trends.
• Manage and lead the implementation of marketing projects, which includes resource and project planning, execution and status updates.
• Possess knowledge of all aspects of the department’s marketing business and technical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with team members to accomplish project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in marketing program management.
• Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward.
• Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

• Expected pay rate of $95,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus.
