Marketing Project Manager
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 11 months, with potential for extension based on business needs. This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.

Perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data and requirements, business processes, and cost-benefit for proposed projects.
- Conducts research and analyzes financial and operational data for projects.
- Analyzes parameters including costs, timelines, technical functions, benefits, and risks of projects.
- Prepares preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
- Supports the project manager on project administration and process improvements.
- Prepares and distributes progress reports tracked against deliverables.
- Works with strategy leads to manage end-to-end marketing and communications programs.
- Attends meetings, manages project plans and timelines, and keeps stakeholders aware of project updates.
- Manages writers and designers to produce content.
- Partners with compliance on approvals for materials.
- Ensures marketing collateral is up-to-date and posted on internal and external platforms.
Requirements
- University degree preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred.

Sedentary work.
Pay
Base pay range: $38.07/hr - $53.18/hr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
