About the Role

Renewal by Andersen is a high-end window and door replacement company offering a signature service experience. This role supports the execution of monthly marketing campaigns across television, streaming, radio, digital, and print channels. The Marketing Production Coordinator combines hands-on video editing and content production with creative coordination, vendor management, advertising review, and asset delivery. This position works closely with the vice president of marketing, the marketing manager, media partners, and internal teams to maintain brand consistency, manage production timelines, and ensure advertising assets meet technical requirements and are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Combine hands-on video editing and content production with creative coordination, vendor management, advertising review, and asset delivery, ensuring all marketing materials accurately reflect company branding, products, offers, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all advertising while managing production timelines and supporting the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create and edit television, streaming, and digital video advertisements in support of monthly marketing campaigns, transforming raw footage, B-roll, graphics, voiceover, music, and approved messaging into polished, broadcast-ready or digital video content.
  • Develop AI-generated radio spots or coordinate studio-recorded spots. Review radio creative for brand and compliance standards and deliver approved assets to media vendors.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products, service offerings, financing programs, promotions, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Review creative produced by internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy of messaging, product representation, offers, disclaimers, and branding. Identify and proactively correct inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or compliance concerns across marketing materials.
  • Help maintain creative asset libraries, brand resources, and approved messaging documents.
  • Ensure media vendors receive all required creative assets by established campaign deadlines. Fulfill ongoing content requests from vendors as needed.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables from media vendors to ensure accuracy, branding, and compliance.
  • Pull and distribute monthly top ZIP code performance reports by market to relevant vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting creative production for marketing, advertising, or media campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., television, streaming, radio, print).
  • Prior experience supporting post-production tools for motion graphics, audio editing, color correction, captioning, media encoding, and file compression, whether through integrated editing software or specialized applications.
  • Prior experience utilizing a professional nonlinear video editing platform, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, or a comparable tool.
  • Prior experience with hands-on video editing, specifically short-form advertising, branded content, broadcast, streaming, or digital video.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of multi-track timelines, proxies, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, audio levels, color correction, keyframing, transitions, titles, captions, and export presets for television, streaming, and digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and approve creative assets for brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Pay

Hourly rate: $25–$28 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday (Full Time).
